If you are still having some other type of problem that cannot be solved with the help items listed:

1) Most problems occur because the browser is open when running Complete Cleanup. Please make sure to close the browser when running (unless you are running the "automatic cleanup" in the background).

2) If you are continuing to see some type of error, please report it. Send an email to softdd@aol.com
Be sure to include the following:

1) Your operating system (i.e. Windows 95, 98, etc.)
2) What version of Complete Cleanup you are running (visible by clicking the About button)
3) State whether or not you are a registered user. If you are a registered user, please list your name, registered email address (and order# if you have it).
4) State an exact description, step by step, of what caused the error. This should include an exact description of the buttons clicked, the exact message received, etc. You must also include the number of files and bytes listed in the Complete Cleanup window, both before and after clicking the buttons. (This is important to help understand your system setup.).
5) State what versions of IE, Netscape, or AOL you are using.
